How we work
We don’t just make the symptom go away. We find what’s actually causing it, fix it to code, and explain what we found in plain language so you know what happened and whether it points to anything bigger.
The two-hour minimum
Service calls have a two-hour labor minimum. That covers the trip out and the first stretch of work on site, and most small jobs fit inside it. If we spot something that’s going to be a bigger job, we’ll stop and quote it before we carry on.
